Valery Beroskin, BA, MBA
Director
Valery is a full-time property investor with over 20 years of experience across residential and commercial real estate. With a background in finance and commerce, he began building his rental portfolio in 2001 and later expanded into commercial property. In 2019, he founded Birch Property to focus on high-potential commercial-to-residential conversions and new builds in the UK South East. Valery utilises a trusted team of professionals known for delivering quality developments with strong investment returns. He maintains active involvement in key property networks, including the Property Investors Network and his local BNI chapter. Each project is backed by thorough due diligence, hands-on management, and a clear strategy for value creation. Birch Property offers investors a trusted partnership built on transparency, performance, and long-term results.
Adrian Bellingham - Covest Ltd

Adrian Bellingham has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry in a variety of technical and Director level commercial roles for leading manufacturers of off-site building systems using modern methods of construction. Adrian’s rare mix of design, construction and commercial sales experience have created an Archipreneurial approach to design and planning.
Over the past 12 years he has run his own Architectural Design & build company within the residential sector. Whilst offering in house Architectural and planning advice to a number of property networking organisations, Adrian has become an industry expert in a number of areas including Commercial to residential conversions and the developments of apartments
Covest Architecture provide bespoke house design services to both domestic clients and commercial property developers/investors, whilst Covest Developments provide a build route to provide clients with a high quality well managed delivery platform to deliver their dream home.
